The menu is organized by style and size. Medium boho braids take about 5 hours at $350, and a boho bob in SMedium size takes about 6.5 hours at $375. Boho styles use human hair supplied by the client. Goddess braids in SMedium size take 7 hours at $375 with braiding hair included, and the client brings 18-inch wet and wavy human hair. Fulani braids, knotless or traditional medium braids, and SMedium braids (in standard and fuller versions) are all priced with braiding hair included, with durations from about 5 to 7.5 hours. Color for SMedium braids is selected at booking, and the fuller SMedium version is listed as the most booked size.

Booking works on a nonrefundable retainer that is applied to the service balance; premium services may carry a higher retainer. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment and can be paid by cash or Zelle. Rescheduling with at least 72 hours' notice lets the retainer move once to a new date within 30 days, while cancelling or rescheduling between 24 and 72 hours forfeits it. Late cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service price, and a no-call, no-show may be charged up to the full price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may bring a $10 late fee and may change or cancel the service. Relaxers must be at least three weeks old at the appointment.

Clients can expect complimentary Wi-Fi, beverages and wine during their visit. One-on-one training and gift certificates are also available. Style concerns should be raised before leaving the chair, and adjustment requests after that must be made within 48 hours of the service. Completed services are not refunded.
