The studio offers knotless braids in a range of sizes, from small to extra jumbo, along with Fulani braids, stitched braids, feed-in ponytails, middle part tribal braids and half-and-half styles. Appointment lengths run from about one hour for simpler services to roughly nine hours for the largest tribal styles, so clients can plan their day around the style they choose.

Booking works by style and size. Clients need to pick the correct add-on or option when booking, because appointments that do not match the posted specials are cancelled. Some styles carry an extra fee for a blow out, and extra length adds $15 to $20 for certain styles. A blow out fee is due with the deposit for blow out appointments.

Hair needs to be clean and blown out without oils before services begin. Hair with dirt or flakes cannot be serviced. Clients are responsible for washing their hair after a knotless install is removed for a touch up.

The studio also styles children. Girls may bring a phone, tablet or blanket to their appointment. If a child is left during an appointment and babysitting is needed, it is charged separately, and the client must return within 20 minutes of the ready text.

The studio uses Hollywood brand hair, including prestretched and single bundle packs.

Services are booked by style and size, with clear rules for hair prep, add-ons and timing.
