The salon specializes in the European manicure technique. Its no-coating manicure is a waterless cuticle treatment finished without polish, and the salon describes its own manicure experience as the best in New York City.

Manicure options include gel and hard gel versions, each built on a Russian and European style manicure with a gel overlay and gel alignment. Evening appointments after 7 pm are offered only for the hard gel and signature gel manicures, and they are fully charged at the time of booking.

Pedicures are done with high-quality materials and no soaking. The Smart Pedicure has no polish and uses all hardware, while the Smart Gel Pedicure includes one solid gel color. Same-time mani-pedi appointments can be arranged by contacting the salon, and clients who need services not listed online are asked to reach out.

Gel removal uses an electric file with no soaking and no acetone. Gel applied at this studio does not need a separate removal booking, but removing hard gel applied at another salon costs $15 extra, and gel pedicure clients with gel from elsewhere are charged for removal.
