New clients are asked to book a free virtual consultation by phone before a first visit. Facial waxing is generally repeated every two to three weeks, and body waxing every four to six weeks.
Before an appointment, clients are advised to exfoliate 24 to 48 hours ahead, drink plenty of water and moisturize. A consent form can be downloaded from the website. Clients who are taking acne medication are not waxed, and the required wait after some medications is three months while for others it is a year.
