To secure a booking, clients send a nonrefundable deposit via Zelle within 30 minutes of booking: $20 for appointments under $100, or 50% of the price for appointments over $100. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice. A signed consent form must be completed before the appointment, a 5-minute grace period applies, and extra guests are not permitted at appointments.
