Visits usually start with a conversation. A free 30-minute consultation lets clients talk through what they want from their hair before anything is booked. Haircuts include that consultation about the goals of the cut, followed by a wash and style. Blowouts include a wash and a custom style.

Color work centers on dimensional results and on toning. Half balayage is custom dimensional color, typically maintained about every three months, and it always includes a glaze and a blowout. A haircut can be added to a half balayage booking at a discount that applies only with that service. Glazes are semi-permanent toners that adjust the tone of hair, from beige and warm to golden, ashy or caramel; they do not lighten hair and do not include a blowout, cut or style. Root retouches reapply permanent or semi-permanent color in a single process and do not include a blowout, style or cut. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday.
