The salon describes itself as a full-service boutique beauty salon and spa, and it aims to give each guest a high-end professional experience in a relaxed, fun and friendly setting where regulars are known by name.

Walk-ins are welcome, and clients can also call or text to book. Before a first visit for virgin color or a color retouch, clients need a consultation, and a free 15-minute consultation is available to plan hair or skin goals and appointment times. Monday is by appointment only, and general retail hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 8pm, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 4pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm, with Sunday usually closed.

Balayage is a signature, offered as a full, partial or refresh service, each with a blow-dry. Color services range from virgin color from scalp to ends to color retouch and demi gloss, and men's color camo covers gray for men. The salon also offers Brazilian Blowout and perms, hand-tied extensions, and brow and lash services.

The boutique sells hair and skin products, along with body care, candles, hair perfumes, jewelry, hair accessories and styling tools. A loyalty program gives members one point for every dollar spent, and there is $5 off when joining. Bridal and event hair and makeup are booked through a request form.

The salon says it strives to offer only the best in products and keeps learning about new products, techniques and trends.
