The menu covers men's braids and twists, freestyle braids and twists for kids, knotless braids, and stitches and feed-ins. For locs, there are starter locs, retwists in short, mid and long lengths, loc styles, loc color, Insta locs, invisible loc styles and a steam treatment that softens locs. Micro locs can be installed or retied, with retie timing offered at 4 to 6 weeks and at 7 or more weeks. Shampoo is included with every service.

New clients booking a loc service need a free 30-minute consultation first. For braiding, the client provides their hair, arriving with it already undone and detangled. Services are not rushed, and clients are asked to allow the full time listed for their appointment. Clients book by text or email, and a non-refundable deposit is due at booking and applied toward the service. Same-day squeeze-ins carry a $25 fee, and there is a 15-minute grace period for lateness, with a $25 late fee after that. Appointments are canceled if a client is more than 20 minutes late, and 50% of the service price is charged.

The salon is open Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 1 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cards, debit cards and cash are accepted, along with CashApp, which carries a $4 fee on transfers. Venmo and Apple Pay are not accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Clients should know that photos and videos are taken during and after services for social media and the salon's portfolio, and booking means consent to this. The portfolio shows retwists, straight backs, soft locs, starter locs, knotless braids, two-strand twists, silk press, color and grid styles.

Services are not rushed, and clients are asked to allow the full time needed for their appointment.
