Each treatment is tailored after a skin assessment. Most facials add extractions along with a massage of the head, face and hands, but the Acne Facial, the 30-minute Resurfacing Facial and the Pick Me Up Facial omit both. The studio uses only Eminence Organics. According to the studio, Eminence formulas contain none of the following: parabens, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, harsh colorants, fragrance, mineral oil, petrolatum or other aggressive cosmetic chemicals. The studio also states that Eminence was certified by B Lab, a nonprofit, for its social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.

The studio is in Suite 140 at 18585 Monterey Road, inside Sola Salons near Cochrane Road. There is parking, and a Starbucks is next door. Bookings can be made through the online portal, or by phone, text or the contact form at (408) 659-4606. Some treatments have listed exclusions: the Lift Me Up Facial is not suited to clients who are nursing or pregnant, have pacemakers or metal implants, or have a history of epilepsy or seizures, and the Resurfacing Facial is not recommended for clients who are pregnant or nursing, currently sunburned, used Retin-A or Accutane in the last six months, recently had facial laser or waxing, or had facial injectables in the past 72 hours.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Each facial is customized after a skin analysis, and the studio focuses its practice solely on skin.

The studio describes its setting as calm and comforting.
