Most of the menu is loc work. That includes starter locs and micro starter locs, several kinds of loc maintenance (palm roll, pipe cleaners or rods, rope twist, basic styling and interlocking), loc detox, a loc bath that removes buildup, loc rod sets, loc petals, retying with a crochet needle, and extended locs or Cuban twist. Natural hair services include deep conditioning under a hooded dryer, natural hair care treatments, comb outs, comb coils and two strand twists, along with flat twists with added hair, color, trims, touch-ups, kids' styles and services for fades.

Booking requires a $50 deposit that is non-refundable and counts toward the total. Deposits can be paid by CashApp, PayPal, Zelle or card. Evening appointments on weekdays from 6 pm onward carry a $100 minimum charge, and a $25 late fee is listed on the booking page. Children who cannot sit still during their appointment are charged double the listed price. For color, the salon charges $40 when it supplies the color and $20 when the client brings their own, and clients are asked to text after booking.
