SaunRise

SaunRise is located in Orchard Park Plaza on William Flinn Highway in Gibsonia. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on Sundays. Clients can call (724) 613-1800 or email saunrise.info@gmail.com.

Infrared sauna sessions are the centerpiece. The saunas are Solocarbon 3-in-1 units that combine near, mid and far infrared, and each session takes place in a private room equipped with Acoustic Resonance Therapy and chromotherapy. There are three lengths: a 25-minute Unwind session for $15, a 40-minute Lose It session for $25, and a 50-minute Cardio session for $35. The salon says the saunas can support relaxation and circulation.

Nail visits begin with soaking, nail trimming, cuticle care, shaping, buffing, callus removal, a sugar scrub and a massage, and finish with a hot towel wrap and foot massage. Enhanced pedicures add a choice of sea salt, mud mask, massage cream, organic cream mask or Jelly Pedi. For artificial nails, the salon offers acrylic full sets, dipping powder, gel powder and solar nails, which it describes as natural-looking and elegant.

Hygiene is handled step by step. Pedicure chairs use a single-use disposable jet, nail tools are pre-cleaned and sealed in sterilization envelopes before being run through a hospital-grade sterilizer, and files and buffers are discarded after one use.

Sauna packages of 5, 8 or 12 sessions cost $100, $140 and $195 and are valid for 12 months, for sessions of 30 to 50 minutes. A monthly membership at $95 covers unlimited sessions in that range, and each member may invite one new friend for a free session every month. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $250 and $500, and a loyalty program awards points for each dollar spent toward a service discount. Arriving 10 minutes late modifies the service, and arriving 15 minutes late cancels it with a $25 fee. Services, retail products and gift certificates are non-refundable, and a 7-day guarantee covers issues from application, chemistry or product error that may qualify for repair or replacement.

The salon's stated core values are client satisfaction, health and safety, and integrity. It says it invests in high-end equipment.

Sauna sessions take place in private rooms.
