Every massage includes aromatherapy, light hot stone use, steam towels and a relaxing scalp massage. The Signature Sattva Massage runs about two hours and adds steam inhalation aromatherapy and a hands and feet treatment, using dosha-specific ayurvedic oils and targeted pressure points. The pregnancy massage is given side-lying with bolstering pillows and includes a foot treatment.

Facials include the Sattva Wellness Facial, which adds ayurvedic massage with marma point therapy, and two peel options. The Power Peptide Peel is a botanical treatment using lactic acid and amino acids, and the Revitalize Enzyme Peel is made with organic pumpkin and glycolic acid. The spa recommends a series of four to six peel treatments, and says the fourth and sixth weekly Revitalize appointments in a series are free.

Spa day packages combine services into one visit. Rejuvenation pairs a massage with a mini-facial, Escape pairs a one-hour massage with a one-hour facial, and Serenity is a three-hour day that starts with tea and a dosha questionnaire, then a Signature massage and a custom facial. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.
