Treatment is overseen by medical director Dr. Loretta Pratt, a physician board-certified in dermatology and internal medicine, who designs the treatment protocols. Every treatment is performed by a trained specialist, and the salon says plans are individualized rather than fixed packages. A free consultation can be done in person or remotely, and a free patch test is offered before treatment to check skin response and set the laser parameters. Clients need a minimum of six sessions to start, and sessions are generally about four to five weeks apart, depending on the area. Hormonal areas typically need additional sessions.

Satori Laser serves clients of all genders and all skin types, and the salon states its equipment is suitable for Fitzpatrick skin types I through VI.

Pricing is listed by area and by the number of sessions, with no hidden fees according to the salon. Tax and gratuity are not included in listed prices. Single areas start at $29 for small areas such as the upper lip, and larger areas are priced higher. Before treatment, clients should stop waxing, tweezing, bleaching and depilatory creams for two weeks and avoid self-tanners and sun exposure, though shaving is allowed. Clients taking antibiotics must tell the salon, as treatment is not performed until two weeks after the last dose. Afterward, the salon advises aloe vera gel, avoiding direct sun for two weeks, and exfoliating once hair begins to shed.
