The lash menu includes Natural Girl and Sassy Girl sets, each with several styles. Natural Girl sets come as Hybrid, Angel or Wet, while Sassy Girl sets come as Volume, Wispy Volume, Anime or Colored. Refills are available for both, and there are Korean lash lift and lash lift options, a lash tint, lash removal and a Mega Volume fullset.

Brow services include waxing in two options and brow lamination with four options. On the nail side, builder gel is offered for natural nails only and does not include extensions, while acrylic fullsets are priced by nail length (short, medium, long or XL) and confirmed at the appointment. Acrylic refills, a dry manicure and a BASSB nail service are also listed.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the balance; some services carry their own deposit, such as Lash Tint and Mega Volume Fullset. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, by card or with Apple Pay. New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to talk through the set they want, lash clients should arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, and full nail set clients should come with bare nails. Appointments allow an 8-minute grace period for lateness, and cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice. No-shows and late cancellations are charged the full service cost, and clients who no-show without communicating cannot book again. Sets are not refundable.
