Sassy Nails 24/7 is a nail business operated by Shelby, located in Suite 2 at Bluxe Suites on Groesbeck Highway in Clinton Township.

Appointments are scheduled Wednesday through Saturday. Sunday and Monday bookings are taken by text request only and carry an additional $10 fee. Online scheduling is not available, so clients book by contacting the business directly, and questions can be sent by text to the listed phone number.

To hold a booking, clients pay a $15 deposit at scheduling, which is applied to whatever service they book. The deposit is non-refundable unless the inconvenience is on the business's side or the client has communicated an emergency directly. Full payment is due at the appointment, by cash or Zelle only. Cash payers should bring the exact amount because no change is kept on hand.

Services and add-ons should be chosen at the time of booking, with accurate contact details. Clients get one waived reschedule; a deposit is forfeited after more than one reschedule. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service amount and may lead to a block after review.

The business does not work over, or soak off, another technician's work. Clients should arrive with bare nails unless their current set was done by Sassy Nails 24/7. For those with damage, cracks and splits can be repaired depending on how severe they are, and clients are asked to send a photo of their nail beds when booking. A soak-off kit is also sold directly by the business for $30.
