New visitors can book a free consultation, which takes about 15 minutes. The highlight glow pack is a $300 bundle that includes full highlights, toner, a haircut, deep conditioning, and shampoo and styling, and the studio says it saves $90 compared with booking those services separately.

The studio is open weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM and closed on weekends. Most services take a deposit of between $5 and $50 at booking, and cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the booked total. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval, which must be completed before the appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value and are non-refundable.
