Appointments begin with a free consultation. At that visit, the stylist looks at hair history, texture and everyday styling habits before suggesting balayage or AirTouch, and says plainly if a result will need two visits. Every price includes the consultation and a finished blow-dry, and final pricing depends on hair length and density and is confirmed before any color goes on. Each color mix is recorded so the next visit can begin from the previous formula.
Services cover balayage with toner, bond treatment and blow-dry, highlights and AirTouch blonding, color correction for uneven or previously dyed hair, gray coverage, and haircuts with blowouts or treatments. Color correction is quoted after the stylist has seen the hair in person, and some corrections are spread over two visits about four to six weeks apart. The studio is open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM, with evening appointments available occasionally on request. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows carry a $50 fee. Bookings can be made online through Vagaro, by phone or by text, and Affirm payment plans are offered at checkout. The studio serves Ballantyne, South Charlotte, Pineville, Fort Mill, Weddington, Waxhaw, Matthews, Indian Trail, Piper Glen, Blakeney and Indian Land.
