Much of the work is medical micropigmentation. This covers scalp micropigmentation, which uses micro-needles to place pigment in the scalp and is presented as a non-surgical option for people who are not candidates for a hair transplant, including women with thinning on the top and crown and people with scarring on the sides and temples. Scar camouflage uses the same medical approach for scars, burns and discoloration, including discoloration from vitiligo. The studio also offers areola and nipple tattooing after breast surgery, including after mastectomy or lumpectomy with reconstruction, and breast cancer repair.

Permanent makeup covers brows, lips, eyeliner and eyelashes. Brow options include ombre brows (also called powder brows), which give a filled-in look without hairstrokes, hair-stroke brows that imitate natural brow hairs, microblading done stroke by stroke with a handheld tool, and 3D eyebrows, which combine microblading with ombre shading. Lip color is a semi-permanent enhancement. Eyeliner and eyelash enhancement can be done separately or together.

Booking involves a non-refundable deposit or retainer of $100, with the remaining balance collected on the day of the appointment before the procedure. 3D eyebrows are priced to include two sessions about a month apart. Rescheduling needs 72 hours' notice, and late arrivals of more than 20 minutes are cancelled. Clients who had powder brows or microblading elsewhere must book a consultation first. Payment is accepted by cash, major credit and debit cards, and CareCredit.

Brow shapes are drawn by hand for each client rather than from templates or drawing systems, and pigment is mixed to match the client's natural hair color.
