Bridal previews, sometimes called trials, can be done in the studio or on site, for hair, makeup, or both. Each preview covers one hairstyle or one makeup look, with edits made until it is right, and usually takes one to one and a half hours per service. Before and after photos are taken and shared with the client. Previews can be booked before or after the wedding date is reserved, and clients are encouraged to book them two to six months ahead. Additional looks can be added if requested in advance, priced by time starting at $75. Clients who are preparing for a preview are asked to arrive with clean, fully dry hair free of oils, serums and leave-in conditioners, to trim and color their hair at least a week before, and to wear a white or neutral top without a collar, hood or fuzzy fabric. Clients may also send a natural-light selfie, inspiration photos and dress details beforehand so prep can be planned.

Booking a wedding date requires a retainer equal to the bride service cost and a signed contract, and the contract can be completed before the preview. Bookings made 90 or more days ahead, and any booking during the peak season from October to May, carry a $600 minimum. A temporary hold for up to 30 days, for $100, is available while a client finishes a bridal preview. Inquiries receive a reply within 48 hours, and weekend inquiries are answered the following Monday or the day after a holiday.

Elopement services can take place in the studio or on location when available. On-location elopement work carries a travel and setup fee starting at $75. Testimonials on the site describe the business's makeup as long-lasting and natural-looking.
