Services are offered for women, men and kids. A standard haircut includes a personalized consultation, shampoo and conditioner, a precision cut and a blow dry, and takes about an hour. A dry cut is a precision cut on clean, dry hair without shampoo or blow dry. Dry cut clients need freshly washed, fully dry hair styled naturally, without ponytails, braids, hats or heavy product; anyone who arrives with unwashed hair has the appointment canceled and rescheduled, with a 50% cancellation fee. Children 14 and under can book a kids cut, which does not include shampoo.
The studio uses Virtue products, which it also sells through a shop link. The salon describes Virtue as a biotech company backed by science to repair hair. The Magic Sleek smoothing treatment is a formaldehyde-free system that reduces frizz and improves manageability; the salon states results last up to six months. Starting at $430, it takes about two and a half hours.
Booking requires credit card information to secure an appointment. Changes need to be made within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 11 am to 7 pm, with the studio closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. In-home visits are available for $360, and clients contact the studio directly to book.
The salon describes its style approach as holistic and focused on self-care.
