Booking is done with a $30 deposit, which is non-refundable and counts toward the total cost of the service. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment.
Fill-ins need to be booked when about half of the lashes remain on each eye. Once 3.5 full weeks have passed, a lash appointment is treated as a full set rather than a fill-in. Clients who arrive with foreign lash extensions cannot get a fill-in and need a removal followed by a full set.
Outside regular hours, VIP appointments can be requested for a $35 fee. Squeeze-in appointments depend on availability and have a 5-minute grace period.
If a client feels unwell, they can reschedule, and the original deposit stays valid for a new appointment made within the same month. A second reschedule means booking a new appointment.
