Sarah Rose Skin and Beauty

Sarah Rose Skin and Beauty is based on Northeast 170th Street in Kenmore and is run by licensed esthetician Sarah Rose. Skin care is at the center of the menu, with custom facials, peels, dermaplaning and eye treatments, alongside waxing and brow and lash services.

Facial options run from a 30-minute custom facial to a 90-minute session focused on massage and facial sculpting. Specialty facials include an organic option built on a three-step peel and peptide system, a tri-enzyme peel with honey, a CBD facial, and a Hydroglow brightening vitamin C facial. There is also a men's facial, and a back facial that addresses ingrown hairs and acne-prone skin.

Dermalogica professional treatments include Pro Calm, Pro Bright Skin and a Pro Power Peel option, and a separate 80-minute Pro Firm treatment uses Nuface microcurrent for the neck, face and decollete. Add-ons such as microdermabrasion, high frequency, jade stone with lymphatic drainage, and Nuface microcurrent can be added to a visit.

Visits are by appointment, booked online through Vagaro, and walk-ins are accepted. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise a charge of 50% of the service fee applies. Payment is accepted by debit card, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash, pay-over-time is offered for orders of $50 or more, and gift cards are sold. Free parking, WiFi and disabled access are listed, and the studio is described as LGBTQIA friendly.

Treatments are tailored after a consultation, with the aim of understanding each client's skin and needs before recommending work.
