The menu centers on eyelash extensions. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume extensions, volume sets are fuller, and mega volume sets are thicker still. Clients can book full sets or fills at two or three weeks, and fills depend on how many of the previous lashes remain. A mini fill is available for classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets. Bottom lashes can be added to any appointment, and existing extensions can be removed, with a lash bath for natural lashes afterward. Brow consultations are free, and threading is offered for eyebrows and the full face.

Booking requires a card on file, with no charge at the time of booking. Clients have a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled time, after which the appointment is canceled and a $35 fee applies to the card on file. No-shows are also charged $35. Clients should arrive with a clean face and eyes, free of makeup and falsie lash glue, or a $10 cleaning fee applies.

The studio also teaches lash training. A classic eyelash certification class runs 8 hours, a volume class runs 4 hours, and both are held on Sundays only. A 2-day course covering classic and volume lashes is offered as well. Each class requires a $100 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the course cost, and rescheduling must happen at least 24 hours before the class or the deposit is forfeited. Students receive a certificate on completing the lash certificate class and may bring a model to practice on for up to 2 hours.
