Every extension service starts with a consultation and is tailored to the client's natural color and the length they want, then moves through application and blending. Tape-in extensions suit clients who want added length or volume with little commitment. Keratin tip extensions are bonded with heat-activated keratin. V-Light extensions are lightweight and can range from a full change to a subtle lift.

The hair is premium Slavic hair, described as keeping an intact cuticle, with a soft texture and natural shine. The keratin tips are Italian. Extensions are stated to be 100% human hair with no added toxins or silicones.

For smoothing, the salon offers OXO Organic, which it says lasts up to six months. The low pH formula is free of formaldehyde, glycolic acid, ammonia and sulfur.
