Permanent makeup starts with a free consultation. Initial microblading clients need to be pre-qualified before they book, and they should hold off on paying a deposit until that step is done. The business lists candidacy exclusions, including pregnancy. Clients with certain conditions or recent treatments are asked to speak with the artist or their doctor first. Anyone with previously tattooed or microbladed brows sends photos by text for assessment before booking.

Lash offerings include lash fills, full sets, and lifts. Threading and waxing are also available for shaping and hair removal.

Deposits for services and classes are non-refundable and cannot be moved to a different service or class. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. Rescheduling after a deposit is paid requires 48 hours' notice to keep the deposit, and two reschedules is the maximum. For a no-call, no-show, the card on file is charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Children and extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Cash is preferred, and cards and Apple Pay are also accepted.
