Every Sapphire Signature facial is shaped around the client's particular skin concerns and blends add-on treatments with massage. Sessions run 60, 75 or 90 minutes and can include up to 4, 6 or 7 add-ons, depending on length. The studio's add-on menu covers ultrasonic vibration, enzyme-based exfoliation, natural peels, high-frequency treatment, gua sha, facial cupping, lymphatic drainage, cryo massage, facial reflexology, dermafiling, facial planing, oxygen infusion, a specialised mask, LED light therapy, tuning fork therapy and fascia release. Specialty options include a meditative reflexology session, a 45-minute microcurrent express, a nanotechnology facial combining acupressure and cold therapy, a sculpting facial with buccal massage that finishes with cryo, a facial designed for pre-teen and teenage skin, and a 120-minute deluxe facial.
Appointments are by appointment only, and the studio keeps set hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice, and a late cancellation or missed visit is charged at 50 percent of the scheduled treatment. Arriving late does not extend the treatment time, and the full service is charged. Waxing and tinting are offered only alongside a facial. Gift certificates can be bought for any dollar amount or for a specific service, and can be picked up in person or mailed.
The studio describes its products as 100 percent holistic and natural and works through a holistic, integrative lens on skin health.
