The signature offering is the Red Dao Herbal Bath, a traditional soak from the Red Dao people of Sa Pa, Vietnam. The founders traveled to Vietnam in October 2023 to find a source. The herbs come through a partnership with Sapanapro, a social enterprise representing 120 households in Ta Phin Village, and the spa says the partnership provides income for Red Dao families. The solution is made from elderberry, fig leaves, wild pepper leaves and cinnamon, boiled over a fire. Each bath lasts 20 to 30 minutes, costs $70, and is taken alone in a separate room in a 100% copper tub. The spa says it is the only place in the U.S. offering this bath.

Other wellness services are shorter. Infrared sauna sessions run 30 minutes ($40) or 45 minutes ($50), are private for a client and their group, and use a built-in chromotherapy light that the spa describes as having twelve wavelengths. Salt chamber sessions last 45 minutes of halotherapy in zero-gravity chairs while dry salt aerosol is released, and up to 12 guests can book at once. Foot baths ($45) come as an ionic detox version lasting 25 minutes or a Red Dao herbal version, and include a back massage in a spa chair. Red light therapy for the face, neck or hands can be added during a foot bath for $10. Group workshops include a one-hour sound bath held in the salt chamber ($55), a two-hour breathwork workshop ($75) and Reiki sessions.

Lymphatic massage uses the Balancer Pro system, a non-hands-on session in a massage suit operated by a device, typically 60 to 80 minutes at $200 per session. The spa says the system is FDA cleared and recommends at least six sessions. Multi-session passes are three sessions for $500 (valid 3 months), six for $900 (6 months) and twelve for $1,675 (12 months). Packages bundle services, including Me-Time ($108, a Red Dao bath followed by a salt chamber session, about 1 hour 30 minutes) and Spa Day ($180, infrared sauna, ionic foot bath, Red Dao bath and salt chamber, about 2 hours 15 minutes).

Nail services use vegan, HEMA-free and cruelty-free polishes from Dazzle Dry, with OPI Inteli-Gel and The Gel Bottle builder gel. Pedicures use an oatmeal and honey lotion made locally in Colorado. The spa says it chose its nail products for quality, cleanliness and health. It does not offer acrylic or dipping powder services or removal. Before a service, guests can change into a yukata robe and slippers, and tea and cookies are served on the patio before or after appointments. Wellness services carry an 8% service charge, and no tipping is required. Ginseng tea, water and light snacks are offered during services.
