A first visit starts with a free consultation with an expert provider, which includes a skin analysis. New clients can book a complimentary consultation, and each person is limited to two free consultations in any 365-day period. Cancellations or reschedules for individual appointments need at least 24 hours notice, and a $100 charge applies to changes made with less notice or to no-shows. Prepaid services can be used within one year of purchase. If a card or CareCredit payment has a problem, payment must be made in cash. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and pets are not permitted except working service animals. Pricing is subject to change.
