Before a first visit, sessions are planned from a health intake form, and a physician's note may be needed before some massage work. Oncology massage uses a separate intake form in addition to the regular one. Breast tissue, lymphatic and scar tissue work, and any photos or video, each require separate written consent. Clients undress as comfortable, with only the area being worked on uncovered, and the therapist leaves the room while they undress. Guest parking is on Calloway Orchard Dr, and guest vehicles must be registered at the sign post near that area by smartphone to avoid towing.

The practice blends therapeutic, integrative and holistic techniques for massage and skin, drawing on both Eastern and Western methods. The aim is to bring balance to the body by considering its physical form, its function and its energy. Each client's session is built from a mix of techniques suited to their needs. Clients receive their full scheduled time of hands-on massage. Aromatherapy, hot stones and hot towels are used based on health history, at no extra charge. The massage table adjusts in height and tilt and has cut-outs for breast tissue.

Santulan is an NCBTMB Approved CE Provider and offers continuing education for massage therapists, including an ethics course in oncology massage and a course on oncology breast massage covering lymphedema, scar tissue and myofascial release. The practice also volunteers with Breast Cancer Hub, giving talks to people with cancer about breast tissue health.

Booking requires a deposit of $80, paid by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Therapy packages are available at reduced rates for multiple sessions. Online consultations are held over Zoom or Google Meet and must be paid in advance. Gift certificates are bought online and are non-refundable and non-transferable. They have no set expiration unless a promotion states one, and must be presented at the service or the full price is charged.
