The studio keeps shorter hours midweek, with Tuesday through Thursday mornings, a Friday evening slot and Saturday afternoon appointments. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Clients complete waxing intake forms before their first appointment. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and a booking must be confirmed within 4 hours of its scheduled time or it counts as a no-show. Cancellations on shorter notice are charged 70% of the service fee and no-shows the full fee.
