Appointment confirmation texts go out 48 hours before a service. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours ahead. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, and no-shows are charged in full. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook, so calling or texting the stylist when running late is requested. Clients who are unhappy with a service may report it within 7 days of the appointment, and the salon offers adjustments and solutions. Refunds are not given on services performed, and hair extension sales are final under the manufacturer's policy. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for salon credit toward other products.
