The studio says its aim is to offer high-quality eyelash extensions, lash lifts, cosmetic tattoo and brow work.

Sandy, one of the studio's professionals, obtained an esthetician's license in 2011 and started offering lash extensions and brow design afterward. She moved into full-time beauty work in 2015 and later added permanent cosmetics. She also holds a Missouri tattoo license after an eight-month apprenticeship, and she teaches aesthetics and beauty professionals in the services the studio offers. Hannah, an independent esthetician, rents a booth at the studio.

A first visit starts with arriving five to ten minutes early, since first-time clients fill out paperwork on a clipboard in the waiting room. They enter through the door marked spa. Clients who book online agree to the studio's policies, and an appointment is only confirmed once the booking confirmation page appears. Extra guests are not allowed, and minors may be accompanied by one guardian. Lash clients should come with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes.

The studio also runs training classes in lash lifts and tints, classic and promade lash extensions, brow threading and tinting, ombre and combo brows, and lip blushing. Classes are capped at four students and cover anatomy and theory, live-model demonstrations and business guidance, and they include a product kit. Students receive 25% off studio services after a class, and class bundles save 15% for two or more classes or 20% for three or more.
