The menu is organized by treatment type rather than by face or body alone. Facials range from a 60-minute basic facial to longer sessions with skin analysis, gua sha, cryomodulation and laser. Chemical peels span gentle lactic acid peels, medium-depth peels for sun damage and melasma, and a two-treatment peel aimed at acne and acne scarring. Microneedling is offered in numbered levels, from a vitamin-focused first level through to combined treatments that add radiofrequency or laser.

Body services include a diamond microdermabrasion body facial offered by the zone or full body, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and metal and wood tool therapies. Wellness options cover an infrared sauna, compression leg therapy on a Normatec 2.0 system and LED light therapy. Laser hair removal is priced by area, from small spots such as the upper lip or chin up to full body. The salon notes that laser hair removal usually takes 6 to 12 sessions for the best results.

The clinic sequences care by client history. Some microneedling, peel and laser treatments are not performed on new clients, and several advanced options are reserved for existing clients who have already had a signature treatment. Higher microneedling levels and the seasonal Ultimate Rejuvenation Treatment are also limited to existing clients, and new clients booking Level 6 microneedling need a prior signature treatment and must be prepped to the salon's protocol. An Observ 520 skin analysis with treatment is recommended for new clients.

Practical details: the clinic is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit or incur a 50% fee, and a deposit is required for bookings after a cancellation or late cancellation. Payment is due on the day of service and cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Gift cards are available.

The salon says its purpose is to offer effective skin treatments. It builds a client's care in stages, starting new clients with a signature facial before the more advanced peels and microneedling.
