A first visit usually starts with a one-on-one consultation covering skin goals, lifestyle, medical and treatment history, and the products and medications a client already uses. Consultations can be in person or by video call, and clients are asked to bring their current products, medications and supplements. The studio suggests budgeting roughly $300 to $1,000 for a first skin treatment, and clients are asked to arrive without makeup in comfortable clothing if possible.

The menu covers facial work such as dermaplaning, enzyme masks, hydrating and oxygenating facials, gua sha, microcurrent, red light and light therapy, along with chemical peels for the face, neck and chest or for body areas. Microchanneling is offered in several forms, and CO2 Lift Pro, a carboxy gel treatment, can be used on the face and body. The business describes its CO2 treatments as the fastest route to better skin. Hair restoration using growth factor and stem cell solutions is available for men and women, and men can also book facials, skin treatments and waxing.

For ongoing care, acne memberships run bi-weekly in 8- or 12-treatment options, and treatment series of four sessions include the fourth as a courtesy. CO2 Lift Pro also comes as a series of three at-home treatments with personalized usage instructions. Cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours' notice are charged $50, late arrivals of more than 10 minutes cannot be taken and are charged the same fee, and an unpaid cancellation fee must be settled before the next booking. Only clients receiving treatment may attend, though minors may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Each plan starts with a one-on-one consultation and is shaped around the client's skin goals and daily routine, with the reasons for product choices explained along the way. The studio places real weight on home care alongside professional treatments.
