Surgery takes place at a private surgical facility that the practice describes as state-licensed and approved by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. According to the practice, anesthesia is given by a board-certified anesthesiologist, the facility is routinely monitored for quality and patient safety, and the surgical center staff includes trained technicians and registered nurses who are trained in ACLS.

Every plan starts with a consultative conversation about what each patient hopes to change. Consultations can be booked online or by calling the office, and new patients can complete the intake form online before their visit. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Botox is used for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, neck bands, lipstick lines, bunny lines, a dimpled chin, jaw muscle tension and excessive underarm sweating, and a session usually lasts about 10 to 15 minutes. Filler visits begin with a consultation covering facial structure, skin type, medical history and earlier cosmetic procedures, and treatment usually takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the number of areas.
