The studio's philosophy is that clients can learn to look after their own skin. Facials are planned around each client's skin goals and include guidance on caring for skin at home. The studio says it does not promise quick fixes or overnight results, and it describes its facials as offering all results, zero fluff and instant glow. Facials are performed by estheticians the studio calls Skin Healers, who also give personalized skincare recommendations based on skin health and clean beauty.

A visit starts with a skin chat, and guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a Skin Chat Form. Guests do not need to undress. Facials do not use steam; a steam compress and facial massage are used instead. Every facial includes a cleanse, skin chat, mask and hydration, and Skin Healer facials can also include extractions, gua sha and lymphatic drainage massage. The suggested gratuity is 20% of the total service cost. Guests as young as 12 are welcome, and those under 16 need adult supervision. The studio says its facials are suitable for pregnant guests, who are asked to tell their Skin Healer.

The studio uses clean skincare products in its facials, and its Glass Skin BioRePeel is described by the studio as designed in Italy. The studio excludes parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate and synthetic fragrance from its products. The online shop carries clean skincare and wellness brands, along with hair and body care, candles and merchandise. Parking at the Fort Lauderdale studio is complimentary when guests give staff their license plate number, and there is metered street parking at Wynwood.

Booking is available online through the studio's Zenoti booking site, and virtual consultations are offered. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the appointment fee, including gratuity, and no-shows are charged the full reservation fee. Cancelled and no-show appointments are not refunded. A card is held at booking and not charged until after the appointment, and clients get a confirmation email and a text reminder two days ahead.

Facials are goal-driven and built around educating clients about their own skin, with skin healers working with clients on their goals and showing them how to care for their skin at home.

Four facials: the 50-minute Signature 50 at $135, and the 80-minute SuperGlow, SuperDetox and SuperMama at $235 each. The SuperDetox suits congested, acne-prone skin, and the SuperMama is designed for clients on their fertility, pregnancy or postpartum journey.

The SuperSkin Membership at $205 a month includes one 80-minute SuperGlow, SuperDetox or SuperMama facial each month.
