Facials make up a large part of the menu. Options include Dermalogica facials, Shahnaz facials, herbal facials, organic facials, teen facials and a men's facial called the Gentleman Treatment. Facials are customized after a consultation and a face mapping skin analysis. The spa states that regular facials help with wrinkles, cleansing, circulation and skin texture.

Hair services cover cuts and styling for men, women and children, along with color, highlights, ombre, root touch-ups, updos and special occasion styling. Hairwraps include perm wraps, relaxers and curls without chemicals, and the henna menu includes black henna, organic henna and hand henna designs. Henna requires at least one day of advance booking.

Hair removal and body services include threading for brows, lip, chin, neck, sideburns, men and full face, as well as lash, brow and combined lash and brow tinting. Waxing is offered on the face, arms, legs, underarms, back, front, bikini, Brazilian and full body, and herbal bleach covers the face, neck, underarms, hands, legs, back and full body. Laser hair removal uses Candela GentleYAG lasers, and the spa offers a free phone consultation for new clients. Treatments are typically given in three to six sessions spaced three to four weeks apart.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone at either location, and gift cards are sold. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Ashburn is closed on Mondays and open late on Tuesdays, and South Riding keeps longer evening hours on weekdays.

Each facial starts with a consultation and skin analysis so the treatment can be tailored, and the spa aims to pair quality service with a fair price.
