Getting started is straightforward. New clients fill out a Client Intake Form before their first appointment and can book a complimentary 10-minute consultation with a physician. Visits can take place at the office, through telehealth by phone or interactive video, or on site at a patient's workplace or residence. The practice can be reached at 858-527-9888.

The aesthetic menu includes AviClear Laser, an FDA-cleared energy device that uses laser light to target sebaceous glands, offered for acne. The practice calls AviClear a pioneer in treating mild to severe acne. Microneedling is available in two forms: Aquagold Microneedling, a dermaroller procedure that uses small needles to stimulate new collagen, and Secret RF microneedling, developed by Cutera, which delivers fractional radio frequency energy through microneedles. RF sessions are described as about 20 minutes with minimal to no downtime.

Injectable services include Botox, used to soften frown lines, forehead creases and crow's feet, with results lasting up to 6 months depending on the area treated. Botox is listed at $9.99 per unit. Dermal fillers add volume to soft tissue in creases, lips, cheeks and facial contours. Physicians at the practice personally administer Botox and fillers. Memberships are a large part of the practice. The VIP Aesthetic Membership has Gold, Platinum and Silver tiers, each listed at $39, and each includes a complimentary monthly HydraFacial or facial, Botox treatments and a percentage off all services and products (10%, 15% or 5% respectively). The VIP Medical Wellness Program adds expedited communication with the doctor, one-on-one physician time, coordination with other care providers, telephone consultations and house calls when needed, and personal coordinators for appointments, prescriptions, billing and insurance. Its tiers include monthly home visits, clinic visits, telephone consultations, acupuncture and massage, along with 5% to 15% off services and products. FSA, HSA and selected PPO plans are accepted for the program.
