The salon works by appointment only, Wednesday through Saturday. New clients are encouraged to book a free 15-minute consultation if they are unsure which service suits them or want a price estimate, and to bring photos of the look they have in mind. Color correction requires a consultation before booking, and it is charged by the hour at $200. Hair extensions and pastel color are also offered by consultation only. For requests outside regular business days, clients are asked to call (415) 240-6738.

Options range from all over tone or gloss, which refreshes earlier highlights or color that has turned brassy or too light, to demi color, which contains no ammonia and gradually fades over four to six weeks. Full and partial balayage, full and partial highlights with optional color melt, low lights, and root melt are also available, along with bleach and tone and root touch-ups paired with a cut, highlights or low lights. Prices start at $95 for gloss, $120 to $170 for demi color depending on the service, and $390 for a full balayage.

Cutting and styling services include women's haircuts that start with a contoured shampoo and a wet cut, bang trims, shampoo and style, and special occasion styling with curls or a style off the face. Men's services cover cuts with scissors, razors or clippers, neckline trims, gray blending and men's color. The salon also offers Brazilian Blow Out, keratin treatment and hair Botox. The Brazilian Blow Out is a non-permanent frizz reduction and texture softening treatment that keeps natural texture while making hair easier to style, and results last up to three months. Hair Botox is a longer-lasting non-permanent smoothing treatment suited to thick, coarse hair, with about three hours of processing time and results lasting up to six months. Specially selected products for home use are recommended after both treatments.
