Dr. Nishant Reddy, Dr. Gregory Smith and Dr. Samir Undavia started this private ear, nose and throat practice, which is made up of otolaryngologists and head and neck surgeons. The practice calls itself a new private practice and a top facial plastic surgery practice in New Jersey; those are its own descriptions. Many procedures take place in the office. The physicians also operate at Jefferson Cherry Hill and Jefferson Stratford hospitals during designated block times.

Patients come from the Marlton area, across New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and New York City. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on weekends. Same-day or next-day appointments are usually available, and surgery is typically booked one to two months out. Consultations can be made in person or by telehealth for local and out-of-state patients.

Plans are built around each patient's goals, with surgical and non-surgical options reviewed together. For facelift consultations, computer imaging shows a realistic goal for the face. Cosmetic-only procedures are planned with attention to any functional effects or underlying problems. The practice states that a facelift typically sets back appearance by 7 to 10 years, according to the practice.

The self-pay rate is 300 dollars for a new patient appointment and 150 dollars for each follow-up. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice for new patient, follow-up and pre or post-op visits, and late notice may bring a 50 dollar fee. Cosmetic consultations and injectable appointments need 72 hours' notice, and a 200 dollar deposit can become non-refundable if notice is late. Most major insurance plans are accepted and the office completes pre-authorization, but coverage is not guaranteed. Most cosmetic surgery is elective and generally not covered, though insurance may help with functional rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty for decreased visual fields and facelift for facial paralysis. CareCredit, HSA cards and manufacturer reward programs are available, and a referral is not required unless the insurance plan requires one.
