The studio is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and on Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Clients who cannot attend are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible, since a 50% cancellation fee applies. Some bookings can be split into payments through Buy Now, Pay Later, for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Beyond makeup and lashes, the menu includes brow lamination, tinting and mapping, several hydrodermabrasion facials with LED light therapy, dermaplaning and a relaxing massage. A Deluxe Facial membership at $90 a month gives members one of three personalized facials each month, with the membership benefit applied automatically at checkout when booked through the Services page. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
