Bookings are made online through the studio's Square booking page. The studio is open Tuesday and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00am to 7:00pm, and Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm, and it is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
