Clients can book online or by phone, or simply walk in. Walk-ins are accepted even when online booking is full, and the last walk-in is taken at 6:00 PM. Hours are 9am to 7pm Monday through Thursday, 9am to 7pm on Friday (walk-ins only), and 9am to 6pm on Saturday (walk-ins only). The salon is closed on Sundays.

The menu covers manicures, pedicures, and a combined manicure and pedicure that takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. A manicure takes about 15 minutes and a pedicure about 45 minutes. Gel polish, cuticle care, nail art, finger paint, toe paint and French tips are also available. A separate nail enhancement menu includes dipping powder, acrylic full sets, acrylic fills, overlays and pink and white ombre, with approximate appointment lengths given for each.

Gift cards are sold in amounts of $25, $50, $80, $100 or a custom amount, and balances can be checked on the salon's gift card balance page. Services are non-refundable once performed. If a staff error occurs, the salon offers a corrective service free of charge, as long as it is requested within one week of the service date. Corrective service covers staff errors only, not changes of mind or personal preference, and management decides disputes about whether one is needed. A redo is limited to the same service. Nail polish can take one to two hours to fully set and may smudge before then.

The salon says it uses only top-of-the-line products in its services and that its nail polish contains only all-natural, organic ingredients.
