Much of the menu is built from individual sessions that can be booked alone or combined. Salt therapy is open to all ages for up to 10 people, in 30 or 45 minute visits, and the large salt cave is priced for one to five people. The infrared sauna is a four-person room lined with Himalayan salt bricks, suited to ages 12 and up, in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Body-focused options include NormaTec compression sleeves for the legs, arms or hips, an ionic foot detox for one or two people, a PEMF and photon healing mat, and LED beauty masks. An oxygen bar and a cold plunge round out the offerings, and the cold plunge can be paired with the sauna.

For longer visits, daily passes bundle several of these services into one booking for one to four people, with the option to add the cold plunge. Groups of one to six can rent the whole spa for 2.5 or 4 hours, with an extra hour available at an added fee. Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome when a spot is free. Specials must be reserved by phone rather than online, and discounts cannot be applied to spa rentals.
