The menu is organized into The Basics, Highlights, Color, Treatments, Extensions and Consultation. Basics include shampoo and blow dry, haircut and blow dry, and a transformational cut for long hair that is changing drastically, such as into a short bob, pixie, shag or mullet. Highlight options range from partial highlights around the top, crown and face to full highlights, balayage and partial balayage, and the balayage and full highlight services include a toner and a customized haircut. Color services include gray coverage root retouches, all-over color that uses a shade the same as or darker than the current color, and glazes or toners in sheer demi-permanent color, with clear glazes also available.

Treatments include the Brazilian Blowout, which the salon says lasts up to 12 weeks, and K18, a leave-in treatment mask offered for all hair types. The salon describes K18 as clinically reversing damage in four minutes using patented peptide technology; that is the salon's own claim. After a Brazilian Blowout, clients are asked to use a sulfate-free shampoo.

Consultations are free to book online. A consultation is recommended for new clients booking balayage or partial balayage, and required for color correction, drastic changes, vivid colors and first-time tape-in extension applications. Tape-in extensions start with a consultation and color match, with pricing and future scheduling discussed at that appointment. Hot tools such as a flat iron or curling iron add $15 to $25 on some services.
