Lash extensions are the core of the menu. They come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega-volume styles, as full sets or as refills every one to three weeks, most often every two. An application takes roughly one to two hours. New clients book a longer first visit for a consultation, and any existing extensions may need to come off first. Refills depend on keeping a set share of current extensions, between 40 and 50 percent depending on style. The salon uses a medical-grade adhesive made for lash extensions and offers a satisfaction guarantee on them. Lash artists are state licensed for lash enhancement work.
Lifts and tints include a silicone-rod lash lift that lifts lashes from the base, with tint available alongside it, plus lash tint and lash lift reversal. A Korean lash lift is offered at the level 3 artist tier, using cysteamine-based solutions and keratin treatments, with tint included. Brow lamination chemically relaxes brow hair so it lies in one direction for a fuller, sleeker look, and it includes tinting and waxing or tweezing. A conditioning balm and brush are provided afterward. Brow tints can be done with traditional or hybrid henna.
Skincare services include a paid skincare consultation, which is applied toward the next treatment, and customized facials in three levels with a Salty specialist, an Elite specialist or a Royal/Master specialist. Microneedling uses fine needles to create tiny controlled channels in the skin, which the salon says stimulate collagen and elastin. Numbing cream can be used. The salon says the best results come from a course of at least four sessions about a month apart. Facial waxing covers ears, lip, nostrils, chin, underarms, arms, brows and the full face. Permanent jewelry in anklets, bracelets, necklaces and belly chains is also offered, along with a reweld for broken chains.
The studio is open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Clients must be 18 or older, and children and guests are not permitted. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a 50% rebooking fee applies. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean the appointment has to be rescheduled.
