Lightening for color work is done as lived-in highlights around the face, offered in partial or full versions, with tip-outs intended to maximize brightness. The process uses modern foiling, an included treatment, a root tap, and a finishing gloss or toner. Color melts are built from two bespoke blends: one applied at the roots and another run through the lengths and ends, so the shade moves smoothly from root to tip. Dimensional darkening options include lowlights, color melts, root shadowing, glossing, tonal shifts and brunette enhancement. Root coverage handles grey hair while softening new growth.

New extension guests can book a complimentary consultation, and extension pricing is set afterward based on length, density, color and amount of hair. Invisible bead extensions come in one, two or three rows, and hand-tied extensions are customized to add fullness, volume, length or density. Extension pricing includes human hair, custom coloring, toning and rooting, installation, a customized haircut and a signature style.

Extension move-up appointments are needed every 8 to 12 weeks, and complimentary trims are included when needed. Between visits the salon recommends daily brushing, extension-safe oil on mid-lengths and ends, extension-safe products, sunscreen and heat protectant.
