Salt therapy is the core of the business. A session is an inhalation treatment in the salt room with no medication and no invasive steps. The spa describes the room as a refuge from environmental triggers with a microclimate that it says eases respiratory symptoms, and it states that salt therapy can help with asthma, allergies, sinusitis, bronchitis, COPD, eczema and stress. Those are the spa's own claims rather than outcomes it guarantees. A private salt cave is also available and is used for some acupuncture, facial and yoga sessions.

Beyond the salt rooms, the menu covers acupuncture in a private room or the salt cave, Himalayan salt stone massage with a heated option, Swedish, deep tissue, oncology and medical arthritis massage, and the Classic Salty Facial, which combines a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, customized hydration and facial massage with mineral-rich treatments. Yoga ranges from a gentle evening class with meditation and breathwork to a private, customized session in the salt cave, plus an assisted stretch session guided by a certified stretch practitioner.

Energy healing and sound healing round out the offerings. Individual energy healing can be done in person or remotely and begins with a conversation about the client's goals. In-person work takes place in a private room with the client reclining fully clothed on a treatment table, and the practitioner may work without touch or with gentle touch. Sound services include sound baths with multiple instruments in the salt room, a monthly open sound bath with limited seats, private and corporate sound baths, and a fully clothed Sonic Body treatment. The spa also hosts a Wellness Wednesday meditation series.

Appointments are required. Guests are asked to dress comfortably and to avoid scented oils and perfume, since the spa serves chemically sensitive clients. Gift certificates can be bought on the website. Yoga bookings can be made by email or phone.
