The salon operates as a hybrid, pairing independent stylists who lease space and run their own businesses from inside the salon with commission stylists who are employees.

Commission stylists are salon employees who are still learning and aiming for senior stylist status. Stylist levels go from Junior Stylist up to Level 5. Junior Stylists are recent school graduates who have spent a minimum of two months working full-time, assisting a senior stylist. Their work is reviewed before the client departs. Independent stylists go through a screening process to confirm that their values and work ethic line up with the salon's core values.

The salon says every stylist is expected to give the same care, so a client gets a consistent experience whichever stylist they book. The salon also offers bridal and special occasion styling. According to the salon's site, it holds a 5.0 rating from 83 reviews.

Booking carries some firm terms. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; a shorter-notice change may be charged 50% of the service price, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full price. Same-day cancellations may carry a fee, and clients who cancel or reschedule often may be asked for a deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service, require rebooking or bring a cancellation fee. Appointments of three hours or longer may need a 50% deposit at booking, which is applied to the total cost. Clients facing an emergency should contact the salon as soon as possible.
