Every visit starts with a complimentary skin analysis and consultation so the esthetician can learn the client's concerns and goals. A treatment plan is then built from facials, back treatments and body contouring, with enhancement add-ons available to add to any treatment. Each visit ends with a personalized aftercare plan and product recommendations for home use.
Appointments are required, and walk-ins are not accepted. A 40% non-refundable deposit secures a booking, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice or the deposit is kept. After-hours appointments are possible for a $25 upcharge. Cash is accepted in full at the appointment, and deposits and payments can be sent through Venmo or Zelle with the description glow. Clients are asked to stop retinol and chemical exfoliants such as AHAs and BHAs at least 3 days before a facial. The business suggests booking the next facial about 3 weeks after each session, in line with a 21 to 28 day skin regeneration cycle.
Each visit begins with a consultation and skin analysis, and the esthetician builds a plan around the client's concerns, selecting the facials, back work or body contouring that suits them. Visits close with a home aftercare plan and product suggestions.
